The purpose of the Basic Tajweed class is to further students who already possess fundamental knowledge of Qur’an reading. They can now begin their journey in becoming proficient in reciting the Qur’an in the correct and appropriate manner. Students will be taught to combine the correct makharij with the rules of tajweed before proceeding to the intermediate class.
